Today I went on the cyanogen-touchpad irc chanel and discovered that there is a wpa_supplicant build to fix Alpha 1 and Alpha 2 wifi issue with a quick "README" file. Those binaries where built by dalingrin from the original team, _litz did the sorting job to provide these.
Guess what ? I made a Clockwork Recovery compatible update.zip.

Please be safe and make a full backup before updating, this MIGHT not work for you, you might also want to clear cache + Dalvik cache + permission check while in recovery
